Johannah views projects with an architectural lens; she evaluates sites for order and coherence in design and adroitly shepherds’ projects through the permitting and construction process
Johannah graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Spitzer School of Architecture in New York City. She began her career in architecture in New York, renovating structures with historic designation at S3 Architecture and then designing resilient housing for under-served communities at Urban Architectural Initiatives.
Johannah then moved to Miami to diversify her expertise as an Architect of Record for high profile commercial clients at Cube 3 Architecture before joining PTM Partners.
