The EDGE Collective encompasses a full city block on Central Avenue within St. Petersburg’s downtown EDGE District; an area beloved by locals and visitors alike.
The EDGE Collective site is the best remaining developable site in downtown St. Petersburg along Central Avenue and is the key link between Central Ave. and the 86-acre Tampa Bay Rays master plan development.
PTM designed a true mixed-use, experiential, destination site plan that will tap into the abundant energy in the EDGE Arts District.
The site plan includes the following features: 163-room Moxy by Marriott lifestyle hotel with rooftop pool and restaurant, 3,400 SF of health-focused retail at grade, 8,000 SF restaurant, 16,500 SF of creative office space, 7,000 SF communal garden that ties the site together with a mid-block retail paseo. The hotel will open in Q1 2024.
