Viridium is a 318 unit, 6-acre development on the banks of the Occoquan River in Woodbridge, Virginia; situated on a peaceful, secluded waterfront less than 20 miles south of Washington, D.C. via the I-95. 

The complex holds 2 buildings and was completed March 2023.  Most of the units have water views towards the river and harbor, and the rest look to the tranquil forest surroundings.  When residents are not walking through the trails or sitting by the harbor; the surrounding area, Historic Occoquan and Potomac, are bustling with cafes, restaurants, and places to shop.
