ALEX CEMAJ

Prior to joining PTM in 2024, Alex spent five years at RFR, an owner/operator of Class A office and retail assets throughout the United States, in New York and Miami. Alex moved to Miami in 2022 to launch RFR’s South Florida office. Alex was responsible for leading the firm’s acquisition and asset management efforts in Miami, which included office, retail and hospitality assets. While in New York, Alex closed on nearly $1 billion worth of transactions across several markets, including New York City, San Francisco, Denver and Miami.
Prior to RFR, Alex worked at Building and Land Technology for two years focusing on asset management, refinancings and dispositions. Prior to that, Alex worked at Prudential for 2.5 years and JLL for 2.5 years in various lending and leasing capacities.
Alex graduated cum laude from Brandeis University with a Bachelor in Economics and received his MBA from Columbia Business School. Alex is fluent in Spanish.
