PTM closed on the land and its joint venture with Hernandez Development in April 2026, launching a 93,556 SF small-bay, infill industrial asset: six bays of highly leasable space in the supply-starved West Palm Beach market. 

 The City of West Palm Beach granted formal site plan approval after two hearings in May, clearing the project to proceed on schedule. Now in predevelopment, construction is set to commence in Q4 2026 and deliver within twelve months, positioning the asset to hit the market well ahead of any competing supply.
