Formerly a Project Manager for Lefrak & Starwood Capital Group, Corey oversaw the completion of many projects at the 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach including the 50,000 sf beach club, an outdoor lounge, and a full-service restaurant

During construction of the 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach, Corey was responsible for the complete project documentation such as incoming and outgoing correspondence, site instructions, drawings, design documents, change orders, RFI, daily reports, submittals and other forms of pertinent documents from the client, design team and contractors

Corey’s precise attention to detail has been critical to developing and leading the successful turnover of over a thousand high-end hotel and condominium units in South Florida

Corey graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering
