Prior to joining PTM in 2022, Jake was an Investments Associate at JBG Smith where he was responsible for underwriting new acquisitions and internal investment opportunities, including the development, recapitalization, and disposition of JBG Smith’s 5MM sf development pipeline in National Landing, VA.

During his four years at JBG Smith, Jake executed the acquisition and recapitalization of more than 2,400 planned multifamily units, including a 2MM sf mixed-use development surrounding Virginia Tech’s Innovation Campus in Alexandria, VA.

Prior to JBG Smith, Jake was an Investment Banking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey in New York City where he advised clients on M&A and strategic alternatives for financial technology and specialty finance companies.

Jake graduated with high distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
