Michael Irwin

Michael is a senior finance executive with more than a decade of CFO and Vice President
of Finance leadership across real estate development, construction, homebuilding, and
property management. He has led high-performing finance, accounting, and operations
teams while serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership in driving shareholder
value at organizations including Lennar and Castle Group.
Previously, Michael spent 20 years in Waste Management’s renewable energy segment,
where he held key financial leadership responsibilities for a $2 billion entity sale,
developed financial models that supported successful international expansion, and
oversaw accounting and finance for more than 20 locations generating $1 billion in
annual sales.
Michael began his career at Deloitte and remains an active Certified Public Accountant
licensed in Florida. He earned an MBA from Loyola College and a BBA from James
Madison University.
